Terms of Use

1. The service

Rivet is operated by EEAB Studio Limited LLC. From photos of a car, Rivet prepares a repair estimate and shows prices for parts from shops in the UAE.

By using Rivet you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. An estimate, not an expert report

Every figure comes with a confidence level: confirmed, likely or needs teardown. The final cost is known only after the car is inspected in a workshop and may differ from the estimate.

The estimate is not a technical expert report and is not a basis for an insurance or court claim. In the UAE, body repair requires a police report.

3. We do not sell parts

Parts are sold by the shops. The shop sets the price and is responsible for the quality, warranty, delivery and return of the part. You pay the shop directly; Rivet does not receive or hold your money.

A price shown in Rivet is the shop's latest reported price, not a reservation. Confirm availability and price with the shop before paying.

4. Your account

You sign in with your own mobile number and are responsible for what is done from your account. Do not share the sign-in code.

5. Your photos and data

Upload only photos and documents you have the right to share. You allow us to process them to provide the service and, in a form that does not identify you, to improve the accuracy of estimates.

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Fair use

Do not submit false information, collect data from the service automatically, or use it to harass shops or other people. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of an estimate or for the acts of shops.

8. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We may update them; the version date is shown above, and for significant changes we will ask you to accept them again.
