1. Who we are

EEAB Studio Limited LLC controls your personal data in Rivet and processes it under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. What we collect

Account: mobile number and, if you give it, your name.

Car: photos, VIN, number plates visible on the photos, photo time, place and camera, documents you upload.

Use of the service: estimates, saved cars, orders, claims and messages to our operator.

Analytics: a device identifier, screens you open, shop contact clicks and where you came from (referring site and campaign tags). Analytics never contains your phone number or photos.

Consents: what you accepted, which version and when.

3. Why

To prepare estimates and find parts; to sign you in and protect the account; to connect you with shops; to measure and improve the accuracy and usefulness of Rivet. Marketing messages are sent only if you opted in.

4. Who receives it

Shops: when you message a shop, it sees your name, phone number, the car, its VIN and the parts list. Shops do not see your photos.

Service providers who work for us: hosting, file storage, SMS delivery, and an AI model provider that analyses photos and reads documents. Some of them process data outside the UAE; they receive only what the task needs and are bound to protect it.

We do not sell personal data. We may use and share statistics that do not identify anyone, such as demand for parts by car model.

5. How long we keep it

Photos and estimates without an order: 12 months after your last activity. Orders and claims: 5 years, as accounting and dispute rules require. Analytics events: 24 months. Account data: while the account exists.

6. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to ceo@eeabstudio.com. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, each record is visible only to its owner, and files are opened only by links that expire in 15 minutes.
